2. Products & Availability

  • All product images, descriptions, and prices are presented as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. In case an item becomes unavailable after your order, our team will contact you for an alternative or refund.

  • Ethnc reserves the right to limit quantities of any product or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We offer multiple payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments via secure gateways.

  • For COD orders, please ensure correct contact details and have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once verified via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Ethnc reserves the right to cancel any unverified or suspicious orders without prior notice.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or merged with other orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation and delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Delays may occur during sale seasons, holidays, or due to courier/logistical issues.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your parcel has been dispatched.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with unboxing proof or clear product images.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for eligibility.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for accessories or custom-stitched items.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.ethnconline.pk, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Ethnc.

  • Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services.

10. Promotions & Discounts

  • All promotional offers, discount codes, and sales are subject to terms and time limits specified during campaigns.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
