Shipping Policy – Ethnc


1. Delivery Timeline

At Ethnc, we make sure your orders reach you quickly and safely.
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Once dispatched, your parcel will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
Please note that during sale seasons, public holidays, or unexpected conditions (e.g., bad weather), delivery times may extend slightly.


2. Delivery Partners

We work with Pakistan’s most reliable courier services to ensure fast and secure deliveries, including:
TCS, Leopard Courier, PostEx, and other trusted logistics partners.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 9000/-

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge (shown at checkout) applies to orders below Rs. 5000/-


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please ensure that your contact number and address are correct to avoid delivery delays.
Kindly keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.


5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email.
You can easily track your parcel using that ID on the courier’s official website.


6. International Shipping

Currently, Ethnc delivers only within Pakistan.
We plan to launch international shipping soon — stay connected for updates.


7. Delays & Exceptions

Your order may face a delay in cases such as:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Delivery to remote/out-of-service areas

  • Public holidays or logistics issues
