Return & Exchange Policy – Ethnc

At Ethnc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy allows you to request an exchange or replacement under certain conditions.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories (e.g., scarves, jewelry, etc.)

Custom-stitched or altered articles

Discounted or promotional sale items
3. Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video/pictures as proof.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Once approved, the item must be returned via courier to the address provided by our support team.
4. Inspection & Approval
After receiving the returned item, our Quality Control team will inspect it.

If the item meets the conditions mentioned above, an exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 working days.

If the item fails inspection (e.g., used, washed, or damaged after delivery), it will be returned to the customer without replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
Currently, Ethnc does not offer direct cash refunds.
Approved returns are eligible for:

Exchange with another product, or
-
Store Credit (Voucher Code) usable on your next purchase.
6. Courier Charges

In case of a defective or wrong item, Ethnc will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return courier charges.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
